Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as day-to-daycontact and resource for assignee, client coordinator, third-party vendors, andother personnel; deliver service utilizing KPMG technology tools and accordingto standards established by service level agreements
Provide support andservices prior to and during assignments, as well as duringrepatriation/localization including: assignment cost analysis, expatriateorientations, vendor coordination, preparation of assignment balance sheets,and letters of understanding
Review, analyze, andtrack expatriate payroll, compensation, benefits, global mobility, and otherassignment-related issues
Report to theengagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in leading the overallengagement coordination as well as provide technical guidance to junior teammembers.
Calculateexpatriate-related assignment premiums and allowances, split payroll and shadowpayroll compensation, impute updates for employer-provided benefits in kind,and perform U.S. tax gross up calculations
Train New joiners on International Assignment Services.
Experience Qualifications:
MinimumMaster Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance
Enrolled Agent/ GPHR or, Pursuing Enrolled Agent Certification/ GPHR.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i. e. Excel).
Understandingof payroll and individual taxes.
Broadexposure to income and payroll taxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
