Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Prepareand review miscellaneous tax, payroll, and international assignment costprojection calculations

Prepare and Review tax returns,equalization calculations, and other miscellaneous tax forms for expatriateemployees

Apply technical expertise in taxcompliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements toidentify and consult on tax issues.

Participate, or possibly leadprojects, in expatriate tax, foreign national tax returns, mobility programsupport, global compensation review, global pensions, and payroll.

Report to the engagementManager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in leading the overall engagementcoordination as well as provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Assist in conducting tax researchrelating to expatriate employees

Research tax theory andpositions, and applying them to specific client needs

Draft correspondence with IRS orstate taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits forexpatriates

Review U.S. payroll reporting,withholding for wages paid to expatriate employees for accuracy includingannual compensation statements

Train New joiners on expatriatetaxation.

Experience Qualifications:

Minimum Master Degreefrom reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring inAccounting or Finance

Enrolled Agent or, PursuingEnrolled Agent Certification.

Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i. e. Excel).

Understanding of individualtaxes.

Broad exposure to incometaxation and knowledge of tax regulations.
