Job Description

    Strong knowledge of North American Insurance platform products and P&C Insurance processesParticipate in all phases of SDLC from requirements and scoping through deployment and assist in the resolution of issues throughoutConsult with internal and customer business and technical staff to understand requirements and functional designs; participate in development of documentation artifactsImplement project requirements using company applicationsRequirements documented for Configuration web pages, templates, property files, CSS changes, etc.Work with UI owners to support configuration in line with business processes, standards, navigation requirements, etc.Work with developers to support configuration (actions, interfaces, etc.) necessary to integrate with other applications and servicesCollaborate on XSLT mapping and requirements for customer developersCollaborate with Project Teams on analysis, design, best practices, consistency within projects and across projectsWork independently and as part of team implementing requirementsSupport and assist triage, investigation and debugging of issues and defectsSupport integration and user acceptance testing of customer solutionsEscalate gaps and/or issues to Project Manager and collaborate to resolveAssist to create a groomed backlog of tasks for Sprints Assist SA, PM and TA to create the work breakdown structure on tasks to be done, breakup, interdependencies and high-level estimations across and within modulesWork with the SA/TA to help decide the sequencing of user stories based on Sprint ObjectivesActively participate in the Sprint Planning Meeting for each productRaise red flag to SA and PM in case of any impediments or slippages due to any reasonManage issues/tasks tracker: coordinate with Developers to keep it up-to-date, communicate with customersOther Key Activities include:Support integration and user acceptance testing of defect fixes, enhancements and on-going releasesDevelop and maintain client and internal staff configuration related documentationParticipate in spec review meetings; function as configuration SME for assigned enhancementsDocument configuration changes associated with assigned enhancementsProvide support for QA on configuration questionsWork with Architecture and Development teams as needed for clarifications, impact analysis, documentation updates, etc.Set up and support Client DemosQualifications:5-10 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong business and technology acumen ability to relate technical solutions to business objectivesKnowledge of North American Insurance platform applications requiredP&C Insurance knowledge, requiredAbility to adapt to various work settingsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a teamStrong oral and written communication skills,
