Job Description

Solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains
Serve as conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.
Document, review and edit requirements and technical specifications and recommendations related to projects
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
Consistently deliver high-quality service to customers
Program/software installations and issues troubleshooting
Provide technical support to customer on the application and its functionality

Must have:

Profound knowledge of installing, administrating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server & complex networks
Good understanding of database concepts and Microsoft SQL
Understanding of business requirements, technical issues and challenges
Experience in requirements review and creation of technical design documents

Ability to coordinate and work with multiple global teams
Ability to innovate and be creative
Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Flexibility to travel (25%)
