You will have hands-on technical experience, keen sense of business acumen along with advanced analytics problem-solving skills, and great communication skills. You will have strong knowledge of SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Excel, Business Intelligence systems such as Tableau and Power BI and some experience with Python and R. If you want to be part of a growing business, have a strong interest in learning new technologies and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges, and are passionate about winning, get in touch with us to explore the exciting opportunity at Citrix.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be a Senior Business Analyst who is part of the Go-to-Market Analytics & Insights team driving in-depth analysis and insights into all aspects of customer journey. You will have the opportunity to cross functionally partner with Customer Success, Customer Support, Adoption Marketing, Product Management, IT and Pricing.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a consistent, globally applicable approach to provide insight from customer behavior to improve renewal rates, on time renewal rate and minimize churn.
  • Define metrics and reporting cadence that provide visibility into health of renewals and flag opportunities and potential problems.
  • Engage and build trusted collaborative relationships with customer facing teams, especially Customer Success and Renewal Managers.
  • Develop and implement predictive analytical capabilities around Renewal Risk, Churn Probability, and Propensity to buy Product & Support Upsell and identify opportunities to migrate perpetual customers to subscription.
  • Build effective early warning signal system to identify the At Risk customer for the upcoming renewal and deliver those insights to the Global Renewals organization.
  • Establish an innovative vision to evolve insight capabilities with an eye to automation, Integration and Scale.
Who we are looking for
  • 5-8 years overall professional experience.
  • Bachelor s Degree focused in an analytically rigorous field of study is preferred, a MBA is a huge plus.
  • Self-starters with inherent curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
  • Meticulous individuals who can balance attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Team players who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across organization.
  • Proven track record in juggling through multiple projects and deadlines yet driving them to completion
