Job Description Overview:We are currently looking for a senior business analytics consultant working in Marketing Strategy Organization. The individual will function as a key person to deliver analytics projects & processes for the engagement. The individual will be required to work on analytics projects that cover HPE sellers. The individual should be able design experiments to measure the impact of the programs by solving business problems and be able to report out insights and solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Measure the impact of Learning Programs on the salesforce, and how does it translate to revenue
  • Work independently with business partners to understand their questions to be answered using data
  • Propose and incubate new analytics and reporting solutions
  • The individual should be comfortable to present data to senior management
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and work with them to own end to end projects.
  • Be comfortable to handle data from various data sources
  • Use Agile mythologies to drive projects and works on process improvement projects
  • Work with other team members and help with WBS and product backlog
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Sales management practices and selling motions
  • Hands on knowledge of using any analytical tools R/Python to summarize
  • Visualize data using Power BI or any other BI tool
  • Deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint
  • Should possess good knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment and flexibility to operate across time zones.
  • Ability to develop hypothesis and solve by applying analytical tools and techniques ( e.g. supervised and unsupervised learning techniques)
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
Education and Experience Required:
  • Overall 8+ years of analytics, preferred Marketing / Sales analytics
