Job Description

nullIn this role, you have the opportunity toDefine and drive innovation (IdeaToMarket), commercial (MarketToOrder), operational (OrderToCash) and business analytics and insights to enable strong global Services and Solutions performance.You are responsible for

  • Engaging with stakeholders in the organization and act as an internal consultant and trusted business partner.
  • Definition and deployment of integral operational and commercial performance analytics framework across the services and solutions business and markets.
  • Drive business-, process- and data analyses to support innovation, business development, continuous improvement and strategic planning initiatives. Highlight areas of productivity opportunity, define problem statements, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to make business impact.
  • Lead business problem solving initiatives to determine the best solutions (process, data and technology). You will identify and articulate business process improvements and develop and lead related project proposals.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through completion of projects or kaizens. Responsible for implementation and realization according to roadmap/program/project plan. Ensure that key metrics are defined, developed and tracked to show the business value.
  • Design, build and deploy business intelligence and analytics solutions with actionable insights to improve operational execution, commercial activities and decision support capabilities. Coordinate the execution work of various business analysts, technical consultants, data experts.
You are a part ofThe Services and Solutions Business Analytics Team. We are responsible for driving global services operational and commercial performance, based on analytical capabilities, understanding of customer and market service requirements.The analytics function supports the transformation and improvement in delivery of services addressing customers operational and business needs from Advisory, Implementation, Optimization, Maintenance and Upgrading services.Philips Global Services and Solutions takes care of installations, contract sales, maintenance operations and lifecycle management of medical equipment in customer facilities like hospitals all over the world. This is a 3+BEUR service business around 1M machines serviced at 90K facilities yearly placing 2M calls, repaired by 7K maintenance engineers, consuming 800K spare parts.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Master Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience within similar roles, combining Quantitative and Business Process Analysis, Consultancy and Program/Project Management
  • Creative and Analytic mindset, experience in Business Modelling, Data Analytics and Problem Solving, able to easily switch between high level view and relevant details
  • Ability to cooperate with the Finance team and capable of understanding the Service P&L
  • Results driven mentality, proactive self-starter and lean mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, work successfully in a dynamic and complex environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong team player, leadership and influencing skills
  • High dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of and technical skills in Data- (SAP, SFDC, SQL, Azure) and Advanced Analytics Tools
  • Good communicator with international mindset
  • Fluency in written/spoken English
  • Ability to travel internationally occasionally.
