• • Organization is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager for the Pricing & Profitability team. This team owns the system that is used to determine product profitability for commercial clients at various levels client, relationship etc. This information and analysis is fed to formulate capital allocation related strategies for commercial banking products. This position will enable us to bring various pricing and profitability data projects together in one place and provide the foundation for the next generation of our customer profitability tool.This is a leadership role which would be expected to understand the needs of the business, create artifacts to document the needs and requirements, and collaborate with the technology team to implement technology solutions through an agile process. The role would require strong understanding of commercial banking business products and profitability calculation methodologies.About this role:In this role, you will:
    • Create and execute strategy for Pricing and Profitability team to pull together customer profitability, pricing and market data.
    • Manage a team of individuals and matrixed teams focused on defining data requirements and delivering on data initiatives using an agile approach.
    • Manage the research, insights, and data quality strategies for a functional area with impact across a business line, lines, or with some companywide impact
    • Lead and develop a team of high performing finance / technology professionals who serve as deliver on projects related to Pricing and probability
    • Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management leadership capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management
    • Ensure connectivity of financial data ecosystem and toolsets to optimize financial processes
    • Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements
    • Provide leadership in moving system to target data environment and in establishing data and metadata quality goals
    • Ensure the design and implementation of initiatives to achieve those goals within assigned line of business or businesses
    • Manage the development of audits and controls structured around business processes and data quality target state, and standards for metadata content and documentation
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap for line of business data quality target state
    • Define measurement standards
    • Provide leadership in developing and ensuring adherence to a data integrity governance framework
    • Collaborate with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements and interpretation
    • Serve as liaison to leadership to ensure data integrity strategy is aligned with business strategy
    • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
    • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
    Required Qualifications:
    • 16+ years of Data Management, Finance, Business Research, Analytics, Project Management experience. Experience in commercial banking business would be an added advantage.
    • 14+ years of Management experience
    • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; CA/CFA/MBA a plus
    • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment, including internationally
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of/experience with commercial customer profitability systems
    • Knowledge of/experience with Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking businesses
    • Familiar with Teradata / SQL
    • Knowledge of/ experience with data systems used within Commercial Banking
    • Flexibility to work in different shifts
    • Strong Analytical skills
