Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.About the roleAtlassian is looking for an experienced Senior Business System Analyst to join the People Technology team leading the Global Payroll IT Operation. You will establish a positive network with Compensation, Stock, Benefit, Tax, Accounting, and IT in delivering on their essential programs with a focus on Atlassian global payroll operations. From a technology standpoint, you will be involved in multiple aspects of solution delivery, integration, and automation-related work.     • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather product requirements and capabilities for the payroll roadmap.
    • Be the expert on our scaling global payroll operations through establishing and promoting long-lasting technical solutions.
    • Establish and champion the long-term technology vision for our global payroll environment.
    • Develop solutions and processes that support a scaling global footprint.
    • Work at both the strategic and operational levels to address issues and gaps to reduce the impact on our business partners.
    • Provide functional leadership to provide a common approach across each applicable process in Stock, Compensation, and Benefit.
    • Facilitate activities with the Payroll team that has a multi-functional impact, such as testing and tenant build preparation.
    • Instill a culture of continuous process improvement
    • Collaborate across geographies in differing time zones
