Support leadership in developing / growing the practice, support demand generation for transaction/transformation projects in collaboration with EY global offices, contribute to global thought leadership on EYs Organization Design and Workforce Transformation solution chain Project Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain, organization design and leadership & talent Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (org design, transactions, leadership and development, talent management, diversity, compliance) to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance Contribute to OWT projects by effective design and delivery. Support leadership in developing / growing the aligned solution chain Ensure quality of all work products, timeliness and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in areas such as Organization Design, Leadership, Talent development and management, Culture etc. Lead project management practices on existing and new accounts to devise and implement solutions for process and deliverable quality management and/ or improvement. Support GDS Business Development by identifying opportunities with globally scattered counterparts under OWT solution chain. Practice development: Support development of point of view, thought leadership, collateral, OWT tools & accelerators (Org Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership assessment, Organization Culture, Employee experience and enablement), methodologies to enhance OWT practice and support EY initiatives within the practice Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas Have in-depth knowledge on concepts across Organization Design, Transactions, Leadership & Talent and Analytics Capable of creating implementable frameworks and benchmarks related to Organization Design & Workforce Transformation Extensive knowledge of Org Design Current State Assessment, High Level Design and Detailed Design, Role & Job Design Extensive knowledge of Transactions Asset/Share Deals, Transaction Lifecycle, HR workstreams in transaction lifecycle Extensive knowledge of Competency framework design- Competency assessment and development, Competency mapping and profiling Extensive knowledge of Organization Culture- Strong awareness and experience in Culture related offerings- Culture assessment with diagnostic tools (Barrett, OCAI, Hofstede, etc), Culture change and activation, D&I activation etc. Experience in Employee engagement/experience- Survey design & administration, Analysis, reporting and action planning. (hands on using survey tools is an added advantage) To qualify for the role, you must have Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) Preferred work experience / exposure 3-10 years of experience in HR consulting domain with Masters degree in HR or full time MBA and work experience / exposure to HR transformation/transaction projects as part of a global distributed team. Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of OWT such as Organization Design, Transactions, Analytics, Leadership, Talent development and management, Culture etc. Consulting experience is preferred.
