Job Description

Job Title:Senior Consultant - SalesForce Technical

  • Salesforce AdministratorBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field7 or more years of total experience with atleast 5 in SalesforceCertified Salesforce Admin with five years of Salesforce experience.Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture with demonstrated Indepth understanding of the capabilities and constraints present in atleast one of the Salesforce clouds.Business Process understanding of atleast one of Salesforce Modules Sales, Service, CPQStrong data management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skillsExperience managing, triaging and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing systemsStrong verbalwritten communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, the technical challenges and technical solutions in a business friendly language.
Information Security Responsibilities:Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. Take part in information security training and act while handling information. Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO). Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.,
