Job Description

  • ORGANISATION
One of the largest educational groups in Bangalore . This requirement is with the school division which has multiple reputed schools across Bangalore
  • ROLE
To raise standards in learning areas by securing an appropriate and effective curriculum, promoting the use of teaching and learning processes that will enable students from Grades 9-12 to achieve their full potential, setting teachers/ students challenging targets and then monitoring the performance of teachers and students to ensure those targets are met
  1. Manage a team of Curriculum developers and lead the development of appropriate curriculum, resources, teaching strategies and schemes of learning
  2. Explore, discuss and design the content, teaching structures and teaching pedagogy
  3. Explore, discuss and design the learning approach and learning resources
  4. Research latest developments in the field in senior school related learning areas to propose new combinations, practices etc
  5. Visit all the campuses and learning spaces to understand context specific needs and make a responsive curriculum
  6. Manage curriculum transitions between Middle school and Senior School as well as programs within Senior School
  • CANDIDATE
  1. Knowledge about core issues in curriculum, pedagogy, and assessments
  2. Should have worked on CBSE Curriculum
  3. Prefer those with Science background
  4. 3-5 years in Curriculum Development
  5. Willingness to travel within Bangalore (to visit various campuses)
  • LOCATION : Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore
  • SALARY : 10-12 Lacs (All Fixed)
