Job Description

    • Job Purpose and primary objectives: To manage a team ofdataanalysts/scientists for the delivery of insights for several predictive analytics projects in the Connected Products domain and development of the analytical capability in product enabling quick conversion of opportunities.
    • Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
      • Create a solution approach for the business problem using thedataavailable.
      • Work with domain consultants to understand the business problem and create the analytical hypothesis
      • Guide the analytics team for preparing thedataand running the right analytical techniques to ensure quality insights and timely delivery
      • Estimate the model development time and support effort for new projects
      • Create reusable components/accelerators for gaining productivity in common use cases
      • Guide the testing team to analyze the model output and recommend insights.
    • Key Skills/Knowledge:
      • Experience in the industry delivering business insights using ML/DL algorithms, preferably for manufacturing industry.
      • Expertise in Python packages fordatascience like Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn
      • Sound knowledge indatascience/statistics, preferably with statistics degree
      • Experience in predictive maintenance projects preferred.
      • Communication and presentation skills with customer at senior leadership level
