Job Description

      • Responsible for Handing vendors across India and abroad for procurement of with right price and quality
      • Can manage the procurement contract centrally for different city operations needs
      • Will be responsible for the managing the inventory levels at Warehouse as well as kitchen levels
      • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and to develop priorities for self, staff members and stakeholders.
      • Strong influencing and negotiating skills and familiarity with relevant markets
      • Discusses the central purchase business plan and brings out the alignment
      • Have a complete eye on each cost line targets of COGS and monitor it to maintain the annual business plan profitable.
Desired Candidate:
      • Qualification & Experience Masters /PG, with 5 6 years of relevant experience procurement preferably for Hotel, FMCG, Retail etc.
      • Sound technical knowledge about the all raw material like Groceries, commodities, F&V, Non-Veg category.
      • Sound technical knowledge of best practices followed globally on Packaging industry
