Report and resolve the incidents in Service Management Tool (SMT) Meeting the defined Quality KPIs. Documentation. Familiarity with the CAD / PLM systems Creo4.0 / Windchill or NX 11/Teamcenter / l and a general understanding of how workflows in PLM systems Testing of tool before roll-outs Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.JOB DESCRIPTION4 -6 years
