Job Description

Role Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 8+ years Role Purpose: As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable and follow industry best-practices around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a friendly team player, willing to share your knowledge and learning with others.Required Qualification: Mandatory

  1. BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Expert-level proficiency with C#; SQL, LINQ
  3. Expert-level proficiency in understanding data-structures for reporting.
  4. Strong front-end understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript; bootstrap / jQuery experience a bonus.
  5. Working knowledge of https protocols and web security
  6. Working knowledge of OWASP application security
  7. Working knowledge of GIT Added Advantage
  8. Experience preferred in Asset Management / Financial sector / Investment Banking
Experienced Required:
  1. 8 years+ software development experience
  2. 5+ years into full stack (C# / SQL /NETMVC / JQuery / html)
  3. 3 years+ developing products in agile environment
  4. 2 years+ Team/Technical Lead experience Additional Skills:
  5. Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Good communication and collaboration skills
  7. Ability to deliver individually and as well as a part of the team
Deliverables and Tasks:
  1. Maintain existing code-base, fixing defects and refactoring to improve functionality and performance
  2. Implementing new modules the system
  3. Review requirements and return constructive feedback
  4. Shares your expertise with peers and coach junior team members to help team build the highest quality product
  5. Evaluates new technologies available on the market and among open source communities that help meet business and technical
  6. Produces clear and accurate technical documentation
  7. Constantly evaluates process and procedures for inefficiencies, makes recommendation for improvement drives them through with the stakeholders
