Senior DevOps Engineer Category: Senior DevOps EngineerYears of Experience: 8 - 12 YearsProduct Description : This product is disrupting the hot cybersecurity industry by leveraging bleeding - edge Big Data and Machine Learning technology to identify a threat. Here, we catch bad guys with Maths and we make it easy with our advanced analytics.What you ll do As a senior DevOps engineer, you will help improve our infrastructure and develop scalable and secure enterprise technology solutions. You will assist the team by ensuring that our infrastructure is expertly designed, implemented, and ready for use by developers. You will mentor and work with other junior DevOps engineers in the team. Also, you will be working in a global team set up.We are looking for individuals who have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as familiarity with networking and fluent in coding or scripting.   • Enables the Development team to build and deploy our application from code to production and internal environments using our infrastructure.
  • Involved in architecting, creating, and delivering redundant, scalable and secure enterprise technology solutions.
  • Maintains systems and looks for opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Standardizes, automates and documents setup of development and production environments.
  • Own and drive improvements to our build and release scripts, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with peers on work estimation/planning and implementation of new versions/features of tools.
  • Maintains system administration.
  • Builds tools for internal use to support software engineering best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong background and experience with Linux/Unix administration, command line, and scripting
  • Good experience with container based deployments, Kubernetes & Docker
  • Working experience with source control solutions like git
  • Working understanding of CI tools (like Jenkins, CircleCI, Teamcity, etc)
  • Experience with orchestration of infrastructure and software deployments using Terraform, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef or Ansible
  • Working understanding of Python, bash and java programming.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of networking, security, routing and firewalls
  • Knowledge/experience in a 24/7 always - up, always available service
Desirable Requirements:
  • Some hands on experience with building and running cloud - based solutions for Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure will be a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Big Data will be a plus.
Qualification:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering.
