Job Description

(a) Establish and maintain adequate controls within the financial systems and respective support/sub-systems to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and authority of all financial data that forms the basis for calculation of financial reporting or is used for management control and accountability as per the SOX/ABAC/ICFR directives and other internal finance controls adopted by companies(b) Establish and implement a SOX readiness program for all our group companies, focused on rationalizing current suite of controls and establishing new controls to address risk of material misstatement in financial reporting(c) Support Accounting and Finance transformation efforts by reviewing and providing input on designing processes, controls and systems that support ICFR(d) Implement controls basis risk assessment of all revenue, cost streams, expense, assets, liabilities and cash flows across various tech systems and covering all of business processes , customer and seller policies
