Job Description

    Sales Responsibilities : Key Requirements: P&L Management/Should have handled 1 cr. per quarter South East Asia - US Middle East Region - Help creating strategies and identifying opportunities for the partnership and program to drive growth of Company business- Work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal to drive value through partnerships and visibility of BD activities- Develop partner strategy and evaluate potential partners who can help further Companys efforts to develop the worlds largest and most efficient IT Product talent hiring- Manage deal execution, drive implementation of integration(s) and manage partner relationships once deal is signed- Source and negotiate key partner relationships that support business objectives- Travel will be required for this roleBasic Qualifications :- 10+ years of business development, partnership management or business strategy role- Experience negotiating agreements, interpreting legal documents and working with legal teams to complete agreements (ideally in internet/mobile industry)Preferred Qualifications :- Ability to think both strategically and creatively to solve complex business issues- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset- Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners- CX level collaboration and stakeholder engagement - Acts like an owner, takes responsibility for ones actions and for outcomes related to ones decisions- Good Communication Skills. Excellent in English speaking reading and writing- Experience in mobile, online media, social network, HR tech, talent, e-learning, employee engagement or related industries,
