Job Description

Job Description5-6 Years of experience in Maintenance field, should have work experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industries / Automotive industry with Technical & Trouble shooting knowledge on special purpose machines in Assembly line and should have handled maintenance team with good people management skills.

  • To govern the shift maintenance operation of Assembly lines. (Rotational Shift working)
  • Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all line machines to fulfilling the KPI (Safety, Technical Availability, First pass yield and 5S)
  • Should be responsible to implement TPM and Production system standards for respective value streams.
  • Responsible for preparing the maintenance budget, Resource planning and on time ordering of spare parts to keep inventory under control.
  • Co-ordination with CFT for day to day activities to ensure smooth operation of line and further achieving of KPI s.
  • Adaption of systematic problem-solving method like why-why, Ishikawa.
  • Sound Knowledge on i4.0, to digitalize maintenance supporting activities to reduce the manual dependency on data management.
  • Drive team towards permanent measures for the line / equipment issues.
  • Should implement predictive maintenance / Sensor based condition monitoring of machines to minimize untoward failure.
  • Finding Training needs among the team, planning and completion of training as per skill matrix requirements.
  • Driving team to Achieve MTTR, MTBF and further optimization of scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Should effectively Manage Tooling Management to maintain product quality at high standard.
  • Effective internal Escalation as per the hierarchy defined to close loop the topics.
  • Strong communication to suppliers on open points, repeated breakdowns for further implementing permanent actions.
  • Frequently reviewing Maintenance SOP based on current needs to further improve the KPI.
  • Preparation of PM reports, Spare part consumption reports, Downtime reports and improvement project reports
  • Optimize the R&M cost through localization and life enhancing projects
  • Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards
