Job Description

Design of Mechanical Diesel Fuel Injectors (Nozzle Holder Assembly - NHA)
Carrying out design calculations, analysis and results interpretation
Preparation of Bill of Materials in SAP, technical reports, design specification documents and instructions
Customer project management: Execution of project activities in NHA development process and fulfilling the requirements of project management procedures / guidelines
Coordination and technical interactions with cross functional teams (mainly sales, application development, manufacturing, purchase teams) and customers
Tracking of key project activities and participating project reviews (internal and customer)
Handling of Engineering Change Request , sample orders and product releases
Understanding cause effect relationship and preparation of Risk Assessment
Driving Value Engineering and Efficiency Improvement projects
Adhering to quality systems and procedures and support for quality audits
Problem solving 0km and field complaints, in-depth understanding of product features, design specifications and function
