Strong background experience in SAP system in particular with Supply- chain modules, should be conversant and capable of managing Material master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info records, Source List, Scheduling Agreements. Exposure to MRP environment, planning, scheduling, usage and developing customized reports in SAP system. Should be result- oriented with strong focus on key metrics like On- time Delivery, Quality, Cost, Spend, Savings, and Supplier development activities. Good Analytical skills and problem solving skills, ability to effectively apply continuous improvement tools and techniques. Good Written and oral communication skills, considerable exposure to overseas supplier management, supplier evaluation, negotiation, selection and development activities. Considerable knowhow of Mechanical and Electronics commodity and ability to interpret Engineering drawings, specifications and Aerospace standards. Exposure to AS9100 systems and ability to prepare procedures, Standard Work, participate in QMS audits. Proficiency in Microsoft office and ability to effectively apply analytical tools for accurate data reporting and analysis. Should co- ordinate with logistics for imports of raw material and components. Ability to analyze and resolve administrative issues including invoicing issues, non- standard charges, and freight charge back. Requirements: BE in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with 3- 5 years of experience. Experience in a Purchasing or Supply organization in a manufacturing environment is required Proficient in SAP - Purchasing. Experience working with international suppliers is required Strong communication skills are required in the form of written, verbal and presentation.
