From simple hardware installations to the most complex hardware and software integration, we take the guess work and risk out of deploying the new technology you need to transform IT and business.Key Responsibilities:Provides Implementation and design support to Global customers for implementations and management of Netapps, Isilon & Unity, Vplex and Switches.Works closely with the customer on Dell EMC Best Practices; ensures solutions work as intended in the customers environment.Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving their use of Dell EMC Storage solutions to help maximize their satisfaction with Dell EMC. Actively contributes to the implementation, configuration, layout and performance tuning of EMC and non-Dell EMC products. Participates in the design and operational execution of the customers disaster recovery process as required. Performs necessary storage infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration, as required. Performs complex and/or extended-stay implementations per the specifications in the Statement of Work, Scope document, Architecture Design Document or Project Manager direction. May be required to support and train both customers and less experienced coworkers. Dell EMC Proven Professional Certification desired. Ready to work in the night shifts.Essential Requirements: Hands on Skills on Dell EMC Storage Products like Netapp, Isilon, San Switches and Unity will be essential. Hands on Skills on Dell Block and File Migrations technologies from EMC to EMC and Non EMC to EMC Arrays. Hands on Skills that cover Migration skills such as Datadobi, Emcopy, Rsync, Integration with most commonly used applications in industry (Virtualized environments, MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle and VMWare) Leadership skills to lead and execute on projects.
