Job Area Engineering - Hardware Location India - Bangalore Job Overview Responsibilities: You will be part of Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC - Silicon Validation team, particularly working on Enablement of the framework for Automation of the VI content in Production environment. You will working with IP validation teams and Systems validation Lead / system content engineer & SW Boot teams to enable the VI Boot for automation of system level test scenarios in production environment. Work with relevant team member for regular reporting of issues and failure debugs. Mandatory Skills Basics of ARM SoC architecture, Multicore/Multiprocessor with SMP/heterogenous cores. C language expertise for low level programming, Assembly language for any processor, C-assembly interworking. Hands on python, test automation programming, remote debugging, Using JTAG based debuggers, compilers/linkers. Exposure to boot process, MMU, page tables. Operating systems/RTOS/Linux kernel internals. Bash scripting, SW application development. Exposure to working on programming for DFT and RF modem characterization environment is added advantage. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Desired Skills Extraordinary debugging skills using JTGA / any serial wire debuggers or Emulators on both C & Assembly programming.
