Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: The role includes validation of analytical methods, stability/routine testing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)/Finished products in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) analytical laboratory.Key Responsibilities: Should be able to perform lab execution of method validations, verifications, transfer and equivalency activities on High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments using Empower software Should be able to write validation and method transfer protocols and reports. Should be able to execute analytical method validation independently. Should be able to execute method transfer activities. Should be aware with different techniques of laboratory investigations. Should be able to overcome with analytical trouble shooting. Shall be responsible for procurement and inventory maintenance of Pharmacopeial Standards/Chemicals/Reagents/Consumables/Spares etc. required for testing. Will be involved in preparation of SOPs, IOPs and EOPs and provide training whenever required. Preparation of protocols and reports as per the regulatory & client requirements, Working standard preparation and maintenance of its inventory. Shall adhere to procedure of GxP/GMP/Safety and as per the procedure defined in the internal standard operation procedure Shall operate the MS-office (word, excel, ppt), outlook and other basic tools required for routine activity Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safetyEducational Qualification: B. Pharm / B.Sc. / M. ScTechnical/functional Skills: Should have experience in routine analysis in QC-GMP laboratory such as assay, RS, and wet analysis, Auto titrator, HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, DSC and Polari meter etc Hands on experience on HPLC, GC, Autotitrator, Ultraviolet Visible Spectroscopy (UV), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) and other analytical instruments. Theoretical knowledge in Chromatography and spectroscopy technique Preparation and Maintenance of all the documents Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted companyExperience: Should have 1-4 years of experience on validation of analytical methods (HPLC, GC, etc) in a GMP laboratory.
