Job Description

The role will be reporting to the Head Regulatory Excellence Center (REC) and will support REC leadership and various GRA project teams to ensure resource demand and resource availability are consistently and sufficiently aligned.Position will be supporting the matrix organization model and REC resource scalability, with extensive communication and collaboration with stakeholders from various functions within Global Regulatory Affairs. The role will have to work on complex tasks and to propose solutions as part of their day to day work.Who you are:Education: Degree in a Business or Life Science discipline (minimum MSc or equivalent degree), higher degree preferable (e.g. PhD) Experience: Minimum 9 years of overall work experience in Pharma environment, competent authority or Academia/R&D experience related to the role. Minimum 5 years of resource or data management experience.Job Specific Competencies & Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting the resourcing data and to create algorithms for resource demand
  • Ability to contribute to development & implementation of resource planning principles, tools, interfaces and processes
  • Proficiency in applying resource principles both as part of the strategy and in day to day work
  • Ability to assess critically (proactively and retrospectively) specific data and to proactively propose mitigation/corrective measures
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and English language knowledg
