Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork with BUs to evaluate and improve business processes and create cost-effective solutionsAnalyze business requirements and plan application changes needed for future enhancements. Maximize utilization of ERP applications core functionality and minimize customizationsOversee the creation of business requirements and functional specifications that development can work from.Create and support functional solutions that meet the business needCreate, drive and implement projects from original concept through final implementationGather business requirements (developing Use cases, when appropriate) - translating into functional and technical requirementsConduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processIdentifying training requirementsPartner with functional leaders to manage changeSet-up test scenarios and conducting pilotsManage the conversion of multiple legacy and bolt-on applicationsExecute cut-over tasks and provide post go-live supportDrive technology support, maintenance and enhancements for Oracle ERP (Finance, Purchasing, CRM and HR Modules)Participate in analysis, requirements gathering, system design, software / hardware applicability studies to create a world class ERP applicationParticipate in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutionsIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required,
