Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting one of the product / functional group to deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on capital spending.
    • This role requires a strong Financial Analyst who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, provide insightful analysis and report on capital spending. The analyst will have to collaborate with various business partners across cross functional teams (CFTs) to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The person must be able to multitask in a complex and demanding environment.
    • Support Quarterly forecast reviews (QxR) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
    • Build capital expenditure forecast in conjunction with various CFTs.
    • Assist in Quarterly fixed asset audits.
    • Support on Capitalization, Disposal/Retirement & Change requests.
    • Perform month end close entries and Blackline account reconciliations.
    • Generate various fixed assets analysis reports
    • Ensure that standard operating procedures are maintained and updated.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests/queries.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • CA Inter/ CMA Inter/ MBA / Masters, Graduate in commerce with relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (Masters with min 3 years / graduates with min 5 years relevant experience)
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong Excel modeling skills required
    • Problem solving: Proactively and independently identifies issues and drives them to resolution
    • Work timings will be overlap with NA for 4 hours (8pm to 12am). Should be open to stretch during Month/Quarter close and Planning cycles and support stakeholders as required
    • Attention to detail, well organized, high standard of accuracy and ability to multi-task
    • Problem solving: Proactively and independently identifies issues and drives them to resolution
    • Interpersonal skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to summarize issues / analysis into simple and clear messaging and recommendation for senior management
