Job Description

Seeking an experienced Human Resource data analyst to serve in a technical data reporting analyst role, along with performing a variety of human resource functions mainly related to the use of HR information systems.Job responsibilities;

  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of static and ad-hoc queries using the Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) , PeopleSoft Query (PS_Query) tools as well as Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and interpret new data sets based on business requirements and generate descriptive visualizations and presentations to communicate insights, as needed
  • Synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations to Business
  • Build dashboards and reporting processes to monitor key trends
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices to evaluate ROI performance
  • Conduct research, build models, and
  • present recommendations that identify opportunities and drive growth
  • May require other operational tasks
Job requirements;
  • University degree, college degree or equivalent education with a focus on Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required
  • Ability to receive, prioritize, and complete tasks from multiple sources with minimal supervision and must also possess proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent MS Office/Excel and Google Office skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data integrity requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume with accuracy
  • Technical and functional knowledge in Data modeling. Data mining, PeopleSoft v8.8 and above.
  • Experience in any analytics tool like PowerBi, Cognos, Qlikview will be preferred.
  • Previous experience administering HR systems and assisting with upgrades or implementation
  • Proficiency to perform stand up training for HR system
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to apply descriptive, inferential, and predictive statistical methods against business problem
  • Curiosity to learn about new topics and uncover hidden insights
  • SQL expertise a plus - able to write structured and efficient queries on large datasets
