Job Description

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • To Coordinate with Various Placement Agencies & fulfill all Organizational Needs of Manpower, at all Levels.
  • To Handle Employee Grievances. Keeping all Staff Members Motivated through Regular Communication.
  • To Design & Implement Performance Appraisal System. Share the Same with Senior Management On Weekly Basis.
  • To Conduct Exit Interviews & to Handle Full & Final Salary Settlements.
  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role for 10+ years
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • Degree in HRM or Organizational Psychology or relevant certification is a plus
