Q2 is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to be responsible for implementing Q2 s eB anking Solutions in order to align with the business requirements of our customers. You will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured / engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail - oriented , process driven and an energetic self - starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will also interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during a project. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on end - to - end delivery of a project which involves gathering requirements , designing technical architecture , building custom elements , integrating 3rd party software , etc Understand the product thoroughly and be a functional expert throughout the breadth of Cloud Lending s products Analyse customer cases and advise the customer community about the product functionalities , gaps , workarounds , and customisations required to resolve any product shortcomings Designing and configuring Salesforce objects EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE : 3 - 5 years of experience in SaaS industry Quick learner , driven , determined , self - motivated , great analytical skills , interpersonal skills and project a confident and professional demeanour Working knowledge of Salesforce , Java , APEX Understanding of VF Page development process , Web Services , Validation Rules , Workflows , Approval Processes , Data Loader , Batch Processes , Migration Tools Excellent coding , troubleshooting , documentation , problem solving and presentation skills Resolve production issues reported by customers Assist a wide range of clients with technical queries , troubleshoot customer and product code issues , by interacting with customer techno - functional team and product management Collaborate with product team , QA during design and implementation phases Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer experience and contribute to the knowledge base Be flexible to directly work with US / EMEA clients QUALIFICATION : B.Tech / MCA or equivalent Salesforce Certification is a plus,
