This role is focused on technical development, system support, and solution architecture using the Infor M3 platform and related tools. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, strong technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive system enhancements, integrations, and platform reliability across a global organization. Key Responsibilities
    • Lead system development initiatives aligned with business and IT objectives.
    • Collaborate with global developers and stakeholders to deliver technological improvements.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, develop system specifications, and provide accurate development estimates.
    • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, accessible, and designed for maintainability.
    • Offer proactive technical solutions and functional enhancement recommendations to business users.
    • Support development teams with troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation efforts.
    • Maintain overall system integrity and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
    Technical Responsibilities
    • Develop and support applications usingInfor M3,MAK/MEK,IDM/Streamserve, andInfor OS.
    • PerformDump Log Analysisand contribute toData Migrationactivities.
    • Manageaccess controls, includingInfor OS security rolesand user/role configurations.
    • Handleserver and LCM access requests, setup, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensureserver connectivity, including integration withActive Directory (AD).
    • Oversee patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management ofSQL ServersandBA clients.
    • Maintain documentation usingJIRA,ServiceNow (SNOW), andSharePoint.
    • Debug and analyze system issues, providing timely technical resolutions.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders onXterme ticketsand follow-up actions.
    • SupportStream server configurationin collaboration with internal IT services.
    • Participate inLife Cycle Activities (LCA)for continuous system improvement.
    • Design and documentenhancements to M3 Business Engine (M3BE)and integrations.
    • Keep system documentation and configurations up to date within SharePoint.
    Required Skills
    • Strong hands-on experience inInfor M3 technical development and support.
    • In-depth knowledge ofInfor OS,Streamserve,MAK/MEKtools.
    • Proficient in debugging, issue analysis, and documenting technical changes.
    • Solid understanding ofSQL Server administration, patching, and maintenance.
    • Experienced in managingaccess control, server configurations, and security.
    • Familiar withintegration architecture and lifecycle management.
    • Competent in using tools likeJIRA,ServiceNow, andSharePoint.
