Job Description

    As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts in India through virtual selling, strategic account acquisition, lead generation, and managing the complete sales cycle. Your main focus will be on building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong hunter mindset, deep interest in new business acquisition, solid product knowledge, and high energy and enthusiasm toward sales.**Key Responsibilities:**- Drive revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts in India- Own and execute new account acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate untapped markets- Identify, target, and acquire net-new enterprise customers through proactive outbound sales efforts- Build and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, virtual meetings, referrals, and professional networking- Manage the complete inside sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure- Develop strategic territory and account plans focused on acquisition growth and pipeline expansion- Generate new business opportunities through trade shows, webinars, and regional networking events- Engage with key decision-makers and influencers to position solutions effectively and drive customer conversion- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and articulate business value propositions aligned to customer requirements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success for newly acquired accounts- Maintain high sales activity levels with strong energy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven approach- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual acquisition and revenue targets**Skills & Experience:****Must-Have:**- 4 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account acquisition roles- Strong experience in new customer acquisition within enterprise accounts in India- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of successfully acquiring and growing new accounts- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal closure- Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition and revenue sales quotas- Strong communication, negotiation, and virtual selling skills- Good product knowledge with the ability to confidently position solutions to customers- Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets- Bachelors degree in any disciplineThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global technology powerhouse like Lenovo, where you can contribute to building a more inclusive, trustworthy, and smarter future for everyone, everywhere.
