JOB TITLE: Senior IT Analyst - ARISgYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 Years of industry related experienceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary responsibility of the IT Analyst is to perform Application support & maintenance services for Aris Global Suite of products (ARISg, agXchange, agInquirer etc.). The incumbent will be required to gain product knowledge & technical knowledge required to perform the job role and provide the necessary support to Bioclinica customers. Work within well-defined application maintenance & support guidelines.Resolve application issues to meet Service Level Agreements.Ensure correct working methodology.Providing clients with known workarounds and resolution.Implement functional requirements through documented and tested system configuration.Manage & maintain application including configuration, system maintenance, upgrades and proper documentation.Develop Oracle Procedures, Functions and Triggers.Develop reports in Business objects or crystal reports.Perform validation activities as necessarySpecialized knowledge and skills: At least 3 years of experience in ARISg. Thorough knowledge of PL/ SQL Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is mandatory.Knowledge of Business Objects or any reporting tool is preferredExcellent communication, written and oral skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication skills: Requires a proactive approach and excellent written/ oral communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with clients, management, and peers effectively. Effective cross departmental communication. Ability to document and communicate problem/ resolution and information/ action plans.Other skills:The ability to contribute to a team environment with a high degree of professionalism and skill. Demonstrate flexibility within a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform under stringent timelines.Compliance:Awareness of organizational policies & procedures governing his/ her job responsibilities. Awareness and compliance of QMS & ISMS policies & procedures and their impact at his/ her job level. Should understand escalation matrix and escalate to the next level whenever incidents happen which are not in compliance with organizational, QMS & ISMS policies and procedures.Working Conditions: Normal office environment.Hours:Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one-hour lunch, Monday Friday.
