Job Description

    Job Title: Senior IT Cloud Engineer Location: Bangalore | Experience: 6-8 YearsWe are looking for a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and secure our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud security, automation, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and scalable cloud environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security).
    • Implement and manage cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security).
    • Perform security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
    • Manage and monitor security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, CSPM).
    • Investigate and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis.
    • Collaborate on DevSecOps to integrate security into the SDLC.
    • Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
    • Stay updated on cloud security threats and best practices.
    • Mentor and guide junior security engineers.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
    • 6 years of experience in IT engineering with a strong focus on cloud security.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services.
    • Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and CSPM tools.
    • Strong scripting & automation skills (Python, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) in cloud environments.
    • Knowledge of security regulations (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
    • Experience in deploying SaaS applications and handling security incident response.
    • Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
