Job Description

    Loadshare Networks- Sr. Key Accounts Manager/ Sr. Program Manager -Bangalore- Loadshare is a Tiger Global backed Series C funded, tech enabled logistics company primarily focussing on FTL, regional PTL, last mile ecommerce and e-grocery, hyperlocal and fulfilment services.- Our clients are present across different sectors like eCommerce, food, grocery, electronics, FMCG, consumer durables, pharma, apparel, etc.We have an opportunity for Key Accounts Manager for managing B2C clients where your responsibilities would include :1. Lead the planning & implementation of techno-operational projects to ensure results are delivered in your region.2. Coordinate frequently with stakeholders across different functions involving operations, sales, product, finance, Biz & analytics.3. Data Interpretation and analytics to monitor the progress of the projects with root causes of problems.4. Proficient in SQL, should be able to monitor KPIs related to SLAs, Tracking performance, identify gaps & conduct root cause analysis.5. Complete ownership of P&L of the account6. Design new processes or optimize existing processes to improve collection, payout, losses, performance & profitability7. Understand business requirements, work on business processes, study and analyse workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications & involve in trouble shooting.,
