    Must have - COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, ID zAdded advantages CICS, JAVA, Automobile domain experienceResponsibilities: Development background in design, analysis and coding: COBOL, JCL, DB2, ID z, CICS, Java (added advantage) Mainframe programming experience with Agile methodology Ability to develop technical design from functional specifications Should be able to work independently and guide the team members when needed Should be able to produce high quality deliverables. Participate in technical and process reviews at appropriate stages of development Ability to do impact analysis for given functional / technical design Ability to create High level and low-level design / estimation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task effectively Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly Automobile domain experience will be an added advantage.
