Role:A comprehensive role which involves all aspects of business Range planning, Sales Analysis, P&Lplanning, channel management, promotions and managing stakeholdersResponsibilities: Responsible to optimize sales and business health for the categoryo Revenueo Marginso Pricing & Promotionso Financial analysis - Sales, Margin, Discount and Inventory related analysiso Weekly and Monthly analysis and reporting Range, Assortment and Business Planningo Assortment Planning Data Analysis, Insights Generation, Options Planning (Width,Depth)o OTB Planning and management at brand-category level, season planningo Range level planning support bets sizing, inventory planningo Effective planning and forecasting in order to maximize profitabilityo Competition & Market Analysiso Trend forecasts, identify white spaces and implement sale plans Category Strategy & Planningo Develop the mid to long term strategy for license business portfolio view, brand wisegrowth strategy, identifying opportunities, etc.o Evaluate the feasibility of new license opportunities and create business planso Lead projects with cross functional stakeholders around growth and profitability Collaborative Partnershipo Liaoning with all stakeholders including license team, retail category, design, sourcingand PDo Coordinating with sales and marketing for the growth of categoryQualifications & Experience MBA/NIFT/FDDI with 8-10 years of experience overall in fashion industry & retail business Experience in footwear category on either brand or retail side will be preferred Experience / exposure to e-commerce will be an advantage Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Strong withnumbers and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data Strong experience and skills in cross functional stakeholder management,
