Job Description

    Senior Manager: Post Order GamificationAbout the team :- Gamification is a stream that is focused on driving intended and targeted customer behaviors and business objectives through an engaging gamified experience. We currently have one initiative called Post Order Gamification (POG) where users play a slot machine game and win exciting rewards that can be availed on subsequent orders- The Gamification team is a part of the wider Meta loops organization charter. Meta loops are non-functional initiatives that are designed to drive loyalty to the brand and Gamification is a key Meta Loops initiative. You will be a part of the Gamification Business team, within the Revenue and Growth BU. The business team works closely with product, analytics, marketing, supply, consumer insights, product marketing, GTM teams to drive business outcomes through strategic and tactical interventions while keeping the customer at the forefront of all decisions.About the role :- Were looking for talented and passionate folks to join our young, vibrant team. If youre passionate about driving growth, solving the right problems, can communicate effectively, and can also hustle to get things executed, we want to talk to you!- You will be a part and spearhead one of the key building blocks in Swiggys growth journey. As part of your role, you will be responsible for scaling and growing the post-order gamification construct. This construct today offers a gamified interactive interfact (post a user places an order) and rewards users with curated rewards.- You will be managing, scaling and strategizing new ways to grow this initiative and also become more efficient. Some of the key things that you will do will include, launching newer cities, experimenting with different rewards and customer segments, .- In this role, you will work with various internal teams as mentioned above to define long-term and short-term strategies, prescribe associated interventions, and roadmap them for delivering the ambitious business outcomes that the program intends to deliver.You will be responsible for :- Driving higher incremental impact to Swiggys top line, through Post Order Gamification (POG) while being financially efficient in doing so defining the strategy for POG incl.- Scaling strategy, devising initiatives to improve effectiveness (more users interacting, and more often) and efficiency based on deep business context and consumer understanding showcasing deep understanding of consumer needs & behaviors and use this information to device gamified experience, the rewards and other avenues to improve perceived value of the property working closely with the product team to design interventions that will improve customer experience/ drive higher growth/ drive efficiencies defining the initiatives that will help improve the aforementioned, experimenting on them, proving success, and scaling the initiatives optimization of segment definitions and offers strategy designing new rewards that are high on perception and new experience-led interventions that garners consumer love being the owner and driving the narrative of the POG, by staying true to the set-out vision, revising strategy when required, and communicating performance and learnings regularlyWe are looking for someone who :- Has minimum 2-4 years of consumer segmented business strategy and execution experience across fast-paced B2C companies (or) Management Consulting- Has an astute customer first understanding and deploys customer-focused approaches to solving problems- Has worked in heavily collaborative and cross-functional setups and has driven outcomes through effective collaboration and influence- Displays a strong owner mentality with a willingness to take initiatives, take up the accountability to dive closure, exhibit tenacity and grit has effective communications skills, both written and verbal is creative and has demonstrated creative thinking and driven initiatives emerging from this in the past has an experimentative growth mindset to drive multiple experiments, test different hypotheses that culminate in better learning of the needs of customers and what works and what doesnt has past P&L management and financial evaluations in the past is extremely comfortable with data and can define the right metrics, effectively analyze data to draw actionable insights, identify new opportunities and take decisions has demonstrated project management skills: ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, by leveraging internal resources with clearly defined success metrics,
