Job Description

Manpower optimization to ensure availability of adequate manpower every day.2. Focus on productivity enhancement, productivity analysis and preparation of reports.3. Ensure quality and quantity of claims processed and prepare data analysis reports. In case of claims denials, revalidate and reconfirm.4. Prepare the process to handle more cashless claims.5. Improve quality of claims processing so as to ensure zero recoveries.6. Provide knowledge transfer and training of new joiners.7. Handle adjudication of claims whenever needed.8. Coordinate with CRM team and other internal and external stakeholders for smooth processing of claims.9. Ensure claim processing is error free within the SLA agreed with insurers. In case of any escalations handle on a priority basis and resolve issues successfully.10. Seek medical opinion if required to ensure smooth processing of claims.11. Support recruitment and performance appraisal of the team members. Provide training to new members on various aspects of claims processing such as policies, terms & conditions etc. Share updates regularly with the members.
