Job Description

We are currently looking for. Business Analyst - Credit Risk Change The Credit Risk Change team require a Business Analyst with strong background in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and exposure modelling for derivative product for the delivery of multiple work streams under the Strategic Credit Risk Programme and BCBS Programme. Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Business Delivery of multiple work stream under Strategic Credit Risk Programme and BCBS Programme
  • Drive future state requirements for Credit Risk
  • Become the key person for implementations of the new risk management system and models (simulation, derivatives pricing, collateral modelling, aggregation)
  • Work closely with stakeholders and users to analyse and understand the change requirements for complex credit risk changes
  • Capture the business requirements fully and clearly in BRDs
  • Provide liaison to the technology delivery teams to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood and solution options identified
  • Work with the vendors and internal technology teams in facilitating their specification work
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing of the delivered solution
  • Provide user training and support
  • Ensure that the new solution is smoothly transferred into Business as Usual and that all relevant business processes are aligned
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders: Business, Fellow Change leaders inside and outside of Risk, ITO and Front Office
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong full-life-cycle project experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Pre-Deal Checking methodologies
  • Bachelors Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or another related field (Masters a plus)
  • Significant Experience in major regulatory programs in the Risk/Finance, Banking industry
  • Significant stakeholder experience working with senior stakeholders to deliver change
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven experience in co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
  • Experience in Agile framework
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
Desirable-
  • BCBS 239 knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of models for Counterparty Credit Risk or CVA is a plus
  • Experience with Internal Model Method (IMM) is a plus
  • Experience of working with Global and Local regulators (e.g PRA, FSB, MAS etc).
