- 5-12 years of experience in valuation / reporting / pricing or modelling function in life actuarial team of an insurance / consulting / outsourcing company- Good understanding of IFRS17 standards; hands-on implementation experience (desirable)- Project management experience and ability to handle teams and multiple stakeholders- Hands-on experience in actuarial valuation software such as Prophet / Axis / MG Alpha. Advanced level experience in one of these softwares will be valuable- In-depth understanding of insurance products and regulations of one or more geographies- Experience in SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) frame work will be an added advantage.- Ability to review work done by junior members, ensuring quality of work product during time sensitive deadlines- Ability to work in pressure situations- Strong presentation and documentation skillsCore Competencies :- Good analytical skills- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Self-motivation and proactiveness in driving project- Good actuarial exam progress- Willingness to travel to meet and work with clientsDesirable- Strong technical skills, proficient in R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA,
