1. Should be an Mtech and preferably PHd in aerospace engineering in aerodynamics 2. Should have minimum 14 + years experience in the above mentioned domain 3. Should be conversant with tools like Hyperworks Accusolve, Fluent, Gambit, CFD++ etc. and CFD mesh philosophies (structured grids, un-structured grids and adaptive grids) 4. Should be able to translate high level requirements into aerodynamic configuration 5. Should have competencies to define wind tunnel model requirement to establish the aircraft performance and have exposure for experimental aerodynamics 6. Should be have knowledge and experience in deriving aircraft performance from CFD simulations 7. Should have good exposure in configuration studies part of the design & development 8. Should have good knowledge and experience in post-processing tools to extract the performance data 9. Should have knowledge and experience in generating loads 10. Should have good documentation capability. ,
