They possess strong financial and business acumen which allows them to make well informed decisions that result in high customer satisfaction, eNPS and profitable engagements.Key responsibilities:

  • Attracting, retaining and developing a diverse team of consulting professionals with skills aligned to the Dell Technologies Consulting 3x3+1 portfolio
  • Managing individual team members to ensure billable utilization, training and compliance goals are achieved
  • Support the Consulting leaders in the operations of the day to day business
  • Supporting the delivery of successful project engagements through thoughtful resource scheduling and direct engagement with customers (both internal and external)
  • Being customer centric, validating satisfaction and growing the consulting business through identification of consulting sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with leaders from other business units and divisions within Dell Technologies to resolve barriers to success and develop awareness of the Dell Technologies Consulting capability and success
  • Contributing to business planning and forecasting activities that fuel revenue and margin growth in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Required experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of highly skilled consulting and project management team members
  • Knowledge regarding operational management of a services business (KPIs, resource scheduling, compliance)
  • Financial acumen, demonstrated understanding of organization PnL concepts and application of this knowledge in decision making
  • Demonstrated negotiation and collaboration skills, particularly regarding customer contract management
  • Desirable experience
  • Customer escalation management
  • Portfolio enablement and offer development
  • Presentation at marketing or industry events
Desirable Requirements:
  • Good understanding of latest technology trends and ecosystems such as Cloud Native, Big Data, DevOps etc.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions on full stack app development using microservices on Cloud/PaaS platforms
  • Able to articulate technology aspects to Senior management
  • Community influence in the PM domain
