Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:Processes:

  • To manage a seamless implementation of change initiatives facing FCSU
  • To manage the Analysts and Senior Analysts reporting to him/her and support the Associate Vice President in implementing changes
  • Conduct impact analyses and present a comprehensive assessment across people, process & technology impacts
  • Managing a seamless implementation of change
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • PMP or Agile Scrum Master Certification (Preferable)
Risk Management:
  • All change related documentation
  • Ensure that for new migrations, an appropriate Service Level Agreement exists between the country and the FCSU, which details the nature and level of service being provided to the country
Governance:
  • Support all aspects of a change including planning, resourcing, analysis, design, implementation, documentation, status reporting, risk management, change management and post implementation review
  • Track significant issues arising from FCC metrics, FCC Assurance activities, Audit reviews and regulatory inspections, providing validation of issue closure where necessary.
  • Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate.
  • Support all control checks undertaken by FCC under the Operational Risk Framework (ORF).
  • Periodic reporting and timely escalation of significant risks and issues arising
  • Be accountable for identification and escalation of potential risks and issues to senior management through appropriate governance channels and the Quality Assurance framework.
  • In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.
  • Prepare and cascade lessons learned from audit findings, FCC assurance activities and specific investigations.
  • Collate, analyse and interpret data in reports to senior management and relevant governance/risk committees.

  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Min 5 to 8 years of experience working in any of the following departments:
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Change Management role
  • Or leading large-scale transitions or change initiatives in a hub/spoke model
