Job Description

Responsibilities : Be the sole custodian of the growth metrics for the program including elements of scale ( i.e. users), value ( i.e. renewals/repurchases), impact ( i.e. incremental growth) - all this with an economically viable manner - Shape and communicate the vision and mission for the program, to our target consumers and internal stakeholders - Structure and execute operational and strategic interventions on SUPER through a combination of strategy, analytics & project management - Devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers - Synthesize strategic plans and go-to-market strategies of all campaigns and new benefits on the program - Stakeholder manage a cross-functional team, with colleagues from marketing, alliances, analytics, and product - Lead external associations/partnerships on the program which makes brand and business sense ( i.e. distribution/value) for the program Preferred Candidate : - 2-4 years of work experience with at least ~2 years of experience working in a reputed management consulting firm. Exposure to e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory - An ability to work on ambiguous problems but is right, a lot strong business judgment and good instincts - Should have demonstrated the ability to react quickly but thoughtfully to unexpected changes in prioritization, opportunity, and resources - Experience in the delivery of driving top-line growth, improving customer retention will be a strong plus - Must have high levels of curiosity to stay abreast of trends that impact the business and have an ability to connect the dots across initiatives thereby delivering high performance - Management degree from a tier 1 institute would be preferred - Inherent drive to learn across areas; resourcefulness - Ability to own work-streams end to end i.e. from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Clear and confident communication skills
