StrategyContinuously engage with the respective Business or Portfolio Heads, Group Strategy and Group Finance to understand the strategy and corporate plan of the global industries and specialized portfolios, including the growth plans and strategic imperatives.Support ensuring that the business strategy and corporate planning process for global industries and specialized portfolios are well integrated with the risk management processes including risk identification, risk appetite and stress testing processBusinessLeverage business acumen and product knowledge to continuously assess industry outlook and critical factors and external drivers, including market opportunities and business model vulnerabilitiesProcessesSupport the process to develop, maintain, monitor and annually review the Portfolio Mandates for global industries and specialized portfoliosStakeholder ManagementCollaborate and effectively engage with key contacts across ERM, RFO areas for 10 PRTs and the businessesSupport the development and delivery of training plans and materials to develop the skills of the Portfolio Risk team and other key contacts from the RFO areas and businesses involved in the Portfolio Mandates processRisk Management (IPMs)Support the management, update and delivery of the inventory of IPMs for global industries and specialized portfolios covering:Industry outlook and critical factorsBusiness strategy and corporate planPortfolio overview and qualityRisk strategy, risk appetite and stress testingSupport identifying and highlighting emerging risks and uncertainties in the global industries and specialized portfolios, and develop risk actions (including policy and risk appetite changes) or changes to the business strategy by working across ERM, RFOs and the businessesRisk Management (ERM Forum)Support the management, update and delivery of PRT Heat Maps and the Principal Uncertainties for internal and external reporting and risk managementGovernanceSupport the management of the IPM Forum and the ERM Forum with senior representatives from ERM, RFOs, the businesses and other functional stakeholdersSupport effective governance of the IPMs, PRT heat maps and Principal UncertaintiesSupport the monthly updates on the IPMs to CCIBRC and other committees and forumsSupport the management and delivery of the Principal Uncertainties for Group Risk Committee endorsement and work with Corporate Affairs for external reportingMaintain the inventory of IPMs and manage access and distribution to comply with data privacy and confidentiality requirementsPillar 2A Capital AssessmentManage and support the delivery of Pillar 2A credit risk assessment as part of ICAAPParticipate in the quarterly review of the Pillar 2A credit risk assessmentSupport country ICAAP in completing their Pillar 2A capital requirements for concentration riskRegulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
