This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSE As a shared service across PMO, the Programme PMO Manager will ensure compliance with the Bank s Policies, Standards & Procedures (including e-PMO Project Governance Standards) for Risk & Compliance Change projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Programme PMO will provide support to Risk & Compliance Change PMO Programme Leads, Programme Managers and Project Managers through the following key responsibilities:Project creationAdvises and assists Project Managers through project set up and PED creation via Clarity and ensures complete and quality documentation for PRC reviewPhase Gating & MilestonesGenerates phase gate reporting for scheduling project reviewsEnsures L0/L1 milestones and phase gate milestones are in place. Ensure documentation requirements met at phase gatesWorking with Project Managers to ensure milestones fully populated in ClarityProduces milestones reporting from Clarity, highlighting where overdue or at risk, discussions with Project Managers to understand issues and mitigating actionsData Quality Advises Project Managers on functionality and assists in closing data gaps to produce Clarity generated status reports, steering committee packs, etcCollates and QA s monthly status reporting for Risk & Compliance change projectsProactively closing data quality gaps for the projects in ClarityFollow up on projects closures, ensures all relevant documentation is available & all milestones are closed, reports final position for closure report, etcManagement Reporting Ensure regular engagement and reporting to stakeholders on project status & progress, delivery plan and any potential red flags that may impact deliveryProduces monthly status dashboard.Produces monthly Programme Presentation Pack, Project Presentation PackFollow up on all Project Review Committee decisions, i.e. implementing changes to budget, timelines, scope, etcFinancials ManagementMaintains team budget plans and ensures all budgets are correctly set in ClarityProduces monthly financials MI from Clarity and highlights issuesAssists in updates on monthly costs plans, re-forecasting activities & variance analysis and reportingCollates and coordinates accruals and recharges from Project Managers and validates successful bookingResource ManagementMaintains overall team resource plan and ensures all business resources are captured in ClarityProduces monthly timesheet reporting and highlights key variances to Project ManagersVendor ManagementRaises and tracks purchase orders in the e-Procurement systemRaises and tracks all business invoices via e-Procurement systemDeliverables Up-to-date Project Artefacts complete, correct and compliantPhase Gate & Milestones Management, Monitoring and ReportingWithin-spend budget plans, monthly financials variance analysisEffective Vendor Management with proper costs monitoringUpdated, accurate & complete Resource PlanManagement Reporting - Monthly Status Dashboards & Presentation PackTraining & Point of Contact of Project Managers on Bank s Policy, Standards & Procedures for Risk & Compliance Change projectsRequirements Minimum 7 years Project Management Office experience in a MNC, with the last 3 years as a managerWell versed in Project Management tools including Clarity SystemProficient in Microsoft OfficeDegree Holder & PMP certifiedProject Management Office experience in the banking industry preferredEffective communicator and excellent stakeholder management skillsAble to multi-task and deliver within a fast-paced dynamic environment,
