Job Description

Develop inorganic strategy together with executive leadership team to drive growth
Understanding of various businesses and business strategies of Bosch India, and develop regional inorganic strategy development and program management of top projects
Identify and source opportunities to grow inorganically and execute M&A and investment opportunities

Prior experience in Investment & M&A lifecycle including valuations, structuring, due diligence and post deal integration and monitoring
Ability to analyze and understand current market trends and opportunities
Flair for engaging startups and incubation of new business ideas. Ability to look at new ideas and solutions beyond core business, identify competencies needed to deliver and navigate the organization to decide on - buy, build, partner
Know-how on business models and understanding of Bosch businesses
Operative excellence use existing data in creating reports, regular communication with various stakeholders, update the database and generate insights
Active listening, co-creating solutions with top leadership, communicating and presenting back with big picture overview
Ability to work with collaborative approach to meet strong divisional interests as well as long term aspirations for Bosch in India
