Job Description

12-16 years of experience in Software in Loop (SiL) ValidationLead the Software in Loop (SiL) digital validationEnsure the validation for eMotor and Transmission testing and software releases. Develop business across Hybrid and BatteryExcellent knowledge of SilverCoordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external)Responsible for People management & career development of the teamAct as a first point of escalation for all project & business related queriesAs a part of leadership team, ensure alignment & implement project strategy in line with organization strategyLead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as neededFlexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions

  • Extensive experience in automotive electronics/electrical Software in loop (SiL) in an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment
  • Expertise in Engine, Transmission, eMotor, ECU validation, preferably in Silver
  • Good understanding of functionality of Electric and Hybrid ECUs
  • Good understanding of SiL testing and exposure to various HiL test tools
  • Good knowledge working in software in loop (Dymola, Simscape, Silver)
  • Atleast 3 -4 years of experience in people management, managing high complexity projects and diverse teams
  • Advantage to global working experience
  • Ability to intervene and resolve conflicts technical, people and strategy
  • Experience working with global /local teams
  • Good experience of various quality standards & practices
  • Demonstrates good business acumen & strong inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of German language is highly desirable
